Gingersnaps - Sweets Recipes

These are easy and sooo good. The batter seems really thick when mixing in the apples and chips, but the bars themselves turned out incredibly moist. I decreased the amount of sugar from 2 cups, since that seemed like way too much, and they turned out better for it.

I've put together an approximate recipe of how I made a delicious caramel apple crisp! Keep in mind that I didn't measure a thing, so accuracy isn't really important here.
