I was a little worried about this one, since all I could smell while it was cooking was honey. But the taste was just delicious after all. I gave mine extra flavour using the zest of one lime--the same could be done with lemon or even orange. I also doubled the recipe no problem.

...Or just lime pie fudge if you're like me and can't find key limes (no key limes, yet the grocery store had entire stalks of sugar cane...). Anyway, this is super-easy and delicious lime fudge with a graham cracker crust. I did find it a little too gooey even when it was chilled, though, so reducing the amount of sweetened condensed milk from 14 ounces might be something to try.

A nice change from just lemon meringue pie and actually rather easy. I think a stronger filling would make it better (add more zest). I would also recommend chilling the pie a little before serving. Trying to cut it at room temperature was a little messy with the crust.

First I'll just note that this recipe does not actually have alcohol in it (sorry, in case you were hoping). Rather, it's a very tangy strawberry-citrus mousse.

It's not exactly healthy with all the heavy cream, but this is a really, really simple recipe, and there's no need to worry about folding in egg whites. Ideal for hot summer days!

The muffins themselves are rather savoury, but the glaze adds some nice sweetness.
